Pergola was established in 1931 in the Milan area. It was acquired in 1991 by the Cavagna Group and is now the division of the group dedicated to Industrial, medical and specialty gases equipment. Pergola division, provides also a wide range of welding equipment.
The company  is ISO 9001 certified. The company operates through direct selling, but at the same time takes advantage of part of the distribution network made available by the other two Cavagna Group divisions.
