Type “B” regulator is usually installed upstream of the meter and it ensures the supply to the devices which make use of natural gas or propane ( 11 to 100 mbar ) starting from a medium pressure distribution system (0.1 to 5 bar).
It can be installed in protected media, such as vertical services ducts or in cabinets; in this case we are referring to OVERHEAD connections.

It can be installed in protected systems, such as vertical services ducts or in cabinets; in this case we are referring to OVERHEAD connections, or it can be installed in aggressive environments, the so-called UNDERGROUND connections, which require special options.
