Residential Natural Gas Regulators

Residential Natural Gas Regulators

Type “B” regulator is usually installed upstream of the gas meter and it assures the supply to the devices which make use of natural gas or propane (11 up to 100 mbar) starting from a mean pressure distribution system (0.1 up to 5 bar).
It can be installed in protected systems, such as vertical services ducts or in cabinets; in this case we are referring to OVERHEAD connections, or it can be installed in agressive environments, the so-called UNDERGROUND connections, which require special options.

Residential Natural Gas Regulators

Type “A” regulator is usually installed upstream of the meter and it ensures the supply to the devices which make use of natural gas or propane (15 to 37 mbar) starting from a medium pressure distribution system (25 to 400 mbar).
It can be installed in protected media, such as vertical services ducts or in cabinets; in this case we are referring to OVERHEAD connections.
The regulator is provided with a single-stage pressure reducing and regulating system and fixed setting adjustment.
It is provided with a safety-device resetting system which can be operated by pressing the push-button or by automatic resetting (calibrated leakage).
